FEBRUARY WATCHING WEEK NOTES
IMPORTANT DATE SHEETS: We will be handing out a white slip to each of you. It has your show days, the take you are in, your rehearsal day and your picture time/day. It is very important! Please take the time to mark all the dates on your calendar so you are ready to go for the busy months ahead!
PICTURE WEEKENDS: As specified in our Newsletter, picture weekends have been scheduled for March and April. Please refer to your purple slip for your exact day and time OR check our bulletin board and website to view the entire schedule.
SHOW TICKETS: We will be staggering ticket sales this year…If your dancer is in TAKE 1 your tickets go on sale March 19th. TAKE TWO – March 20th , TAKE 3 – March 21st and TAKE 4 – March 22nd . Remember, you will need to know which TAKE your dancer is in before purchasing tickets! NEW, NEW, NEW – Tickets will be selling through TICKET CENTRAL (Old uptown cinema building). Please visit www.ticketcentraloutlet.ca to purchase your tickets.
SHOW DATES –
TAKE 1 – MAY 11 (6:00PM) 12 (10:00AM)
TAKE 2 – MAY 12 (2:30PM AND 6:30PM)
TAKE 3 – MAY 14 + 15 (6:00PM)
TAKE 4 – MAY 16 + 17 (6:00PM)
Please be sure to contact the office if you are unsure of what “TAKE” your dancer will be participating in.
STAR MOM SIGN UP: The star mom sign-up sheet has now been posted on our bulletin boards. It is important that we have 2 volunteers for each night of the show. Thank you for your help to fill the spots!

BULLETIN BOARD: Don’t forget to check the bulletin board upstairs regularly, especially this time of year. We are updating it with Rehearsal Schedules, Star Mom sign up, pictures schedules and show information frequently and would hate for you miss anything important
8 Week Notes…..
Thank you for participating in our Winter 8week session! As you know, this is the last week of your session.
SPRING REGISTRATION…. If you would be interested in registering for our spring 8wk session, please see the office. Registration began January 9th!
SPRING CLASSES …. When registering for our spring classes keep in mind that some classes will participate in our year end performances and others will not. If you would like to have your dancer perform on Stage at the Memorial Center in May, you can register for a “SHOW” class if not and you prefer the session to end the way it has today then you are welcome to register in a “NO SHOW” class. If you need help deciding whether or not your dancer will be ready for a show class, please feel free to pop in to the office or give us a call. We would be happy to help!
