APRIL WATCHING WEEK NOTES- 8 WEEK DANCERS
Welcome to your first and final watching week at the studio!…
TICKETS: Tickets have gone on sale through ticketcentraloutlet.ca. At this point tickets are close to selling out. If you have additional tickets you would like to sell or are looking to purchase tickets for any of our sold out shows please let the office know ASAP. We have a running list of tickets available and will be happy to connect you with someone who has purchased too many tickets.
EASTER BREAK! Just a reminder that we will not have class next week for Spring Break – April 6th – 15th.
PICTURES: Photos will be coming up the week we come back from Spring Break. If you are unsure of your photo time the picture schedule is posted on the bulletin board. Times were also sent home with you on the small white paper you received the first day of class. You dancer will need to have their hair in a HIGH CURLY PONY TAIL. Please arrive 30min early for your photos.
LAST WEEK AT THE STUDIO! Your last week of dance at the studio will be April 30th – May 3rd. All classes will move to the Memorial Center Stage the week of May 4th – 10th.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: PLEASE SEE YOUR IMPORTANT DATE SLIP, THE BULLETIN BOARD OR OUR WEBSITE FOR THIS CLASS’ EXACT REHEARSAL TIME. Please arrive in FULL COSTUME! Hair can be placed (not curled) and make-up is not necessary. Please note: REHEARSALS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEMORIAL CENTRE.
STAR MOM: The star mom sign up sheet is on the bulletin board at the studio. If we do not have helpers to stay with the kids we cannot allow the kids to be back stage. This is serious and it is imperative that we have a volunteer if not TWO for each night of the show. When you get to the Memorial Centre and find your class’ table you will need to check in your dancer. We will have class lists on the table for you to check off. This is also your opportunity to leave any notes for the star moms (allergies, special requests, ect.)
SHOW DVD’s: The show will be professionally video recorded again this year. DVD’s order forms are on our website, the table in the hallway at the Collicutt Centre or at the front desk of the Heritage Plaza Studio. Order forms will also be left out at the Memorial Centre
SURVEY FORMS: Please take note that our year end survey will be going out later this month. As a studio we are always hoping to grow and improve. We appreciate the time you will take to fill out the form and pass along your opinion!
STUDENT APPRECIATION DAY! – Join us for our THIRD annual student appreciation day at Carnival Cinemas! Save the date: Sunday June 24th 2012. Details to follow via email notices. Please see the office immediately if you are not receiving email updates from the office.

5,10 & 15yr AWARDS: If your dancer is set to receive a 5,10 or 15year award this year please confirm with the list we have posted on the bulletin board. We would hate to see that we have missed recognising such an amazing accomplishment. It is also important that you let the office know which night you would like their award presented.
