AGES 13-18
The STAR Leadership Program is designed to develop leadership, character and a sense of purpose in our teens. Our goal is to encourage the important development of having a growth mindset and to educate children who have the passion to serve as a leader in their community and beyond.
First STEPS – Junior Leadership Program
AGES 10-12
Join us for our NEW – First STEPS – Junior Star Leadership Program! Perfect for aspiring assistant teachers or students looking to explore and expand their leadership and community building skills! This unique 6 series program will highlight what it means to be a young leader in the dance community and beyond.
Student Teacher Education Program – STEP
AGES 12+
Our Student Teacher Education Program (STEP) is a program designed for dancers 12+yrs of age to be a part of a group of young leaders in our Dance Magic community who aspire to take their dancing and leadership skills to the next level. STEP is much more than simply attending and helping with a dance class once a week. STEP is a training aide made to inspire our assistants to be MORE than just great dancers, to be DANCERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE.
