STEP – Youth Leadership Program

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STEP MEMBER? STEP is much more than simply attending and volunteering with a dance class once per week. STEP is a training aide made to inspire our assistants to be MORE than just great dancers, to be DANCERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE. We are looking for young leaders in our community who show an interest in bettering their skills in leadership and beyond! We seek students who dream big, are always ready to lend a hand and those who are keen to share their passion and love for dance with the next generation.
