WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STEP MEMBER? STEP is much more than simply attending and volunteering with a dance class once per week. STEP is a training aide made to inspire our assistants to be MORE than just great dancers, to be DANCERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE. Not just in the classroom but also in the community, at school, at home and at play! We are looking for young leaders in our community who show an interest in bettering their skills in leadership and beyond! We seek students who dream big, are always ready to lend a hand and those who are keen to share their passion and love for dance with the next generation. Being a STEP member is a commitment to being the best version of yourself inside and outside of our studio walls!

STEP PERKS! The past few dance seasons have been filled with challenges and changes that have affected all of us in a unique way. Now, more than ever, we believe that a focus on mental health and personal development is essential in the lives of our youth! Our STEP Leadership program includes training opportunities for our members to grow in leadership, serve their community and increase awareness of their mental health. Read on for all PERKS of joining the STEP Leadership Program…

HOW DO YOU BECOME A STEP MEMBER? STEP team members are required to take 2+ dance classes with the studio and must be 12+ years of age. If you meet these requirements simply complete the application form using the link below and email your resume and cover letter to Miss Tracey at tracey@reddeerdancemagic.com

Applications will be accepted for the 2023-2024 season July 1st – August 1st.
