Wow – what an amazing few weeks we’ve had at Dance Magic so far! Our little studio has definitely kicked off 2015 with a bang! The new studio is up and running and wow is it gorgeous! Miss Christine and the Dance Magic team have an amazingly beautiful space to work in now and I could not be more happy for them! And for all of us too – because wow is it a nice place to be! I keep saying wow – I can’t help it, it’s just so wow!!
There are comfy couches and chairs for parents to wait in, bright and beautiful new dance studios with fancy floors for our dancers to dance on, cheerful music rooms and a even a very cool new arts preschool! Dance Magic is such a fun loving studio, and now this amazing new space reflects the joy and love that make Dance Magic the studio we love so much! If you haven’t seen the new studio yet, you will have an excellent opportunity to check it out at the big Grand Opening on Sunday, February 8 from 12-3. Don’t miss it!
This past weekend a Silks workshop was held at the new studio – and if you have never seen this done before, well – I hate to say wow again, but Wow! You can see from the pictures here how beautiful this is and how much fun it must be! There are classes being offered now as well so if you’re interested be sure to check out the website, or stop by the new studio to find out more information!
Also coming up at the new studio is our Tunes and Tea event, which showcases our music students! This fun afternoon is on Saturday, February 7 at 2:00pm and it’s a great opportunity to see some of our fantastic music students in action!
This week the countdown is on for our second annual Daddy Daughter Dance – which is January 31, this Saturday evening!! This is an incredible event that not only gives dads a chance to spend a lovely evening with their little dancers, but also helps to raise money for our Give the Magic Scholarship Fund. All the proceeds from this event go to help get children involved in dance and music lessons who might otherwise be unable to do so. It’s a beautiful evening, full of music and dancing and fun for lots of dads and their little girls – and it’s for a great cause! If you have tickets for this weekend, we can’t wait to see you there – it’s going to be a night to remember!
Wow! Yes I said it again, January is the month of Wow at Dance Magic! So many amazing events, so much fun for all of our Dance Magic families – so many exciting things to do! I hope you all are enjoying the beautiful weather we’ve been having and all the fun happenings at our favorite dance studio.
