In one word, express what you feel when you snuggle your new baby boy?
GRATEFUL. So grateful that I was able. Grateful he chose me to be his mommy. Grateful to have a beautiful growing family.
What has surprised you the most about becoming a mommy of TWO?
Two children is SO much more than one! My heart doubled in size, and it feels like my family did too.
What is the first thing your girl Violet says when you ask “What is it like being a big sister?”
She says ‘I’m a sister! And my baby brother is Jude!’ I think she’ll be a natural.
What do you love most about being a mom?
Witnessing the people I love the most evolve. I didn’t think I could love Jordan more than the day I married him, then he became a dad. I didn’t think my heart could be more full than when I had Violet, then she became a sister. Jude has already changed our whole family, I can’t wait to see what comes next.
