Dance Magic Studio is seeking a positive, and experienced person for the role of a Dance Teacher. Enjoyment in teaching dance classes in a variety of styles, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a MUST.
Dance Magic Studio is a busy non- competitive dance school that has been serving Red Deer and area for over 35 years. We believe in a family first business model where we are raising tomorrow’s leaders through lessons in music, dance and the performing arts. Being a Dance Magic dance teacher includes teaching dance lessons for kids on a weekly basis, preparing students for performances, providing student feedback, communicating with parents and team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals, meetings and events.
Candidates must have excellent, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.

We are looking for people who are excited to have a long term opportunity in teaching dance and are ready to grow. This role is not for a short-term placement or someone not looking to grow inside our company.

At Dance Magic Studio, we offer a supportive and positive work environment catering to over 1350 dancers and musicians in our community. Current offerings include jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, street dance, aerial silks, aerial hoop, acro, voice, guitar, piano, drums, violin, ukulele and Musical Magic (a music program for young children 5mo-4yrs of age).
