Hi! I’m Andrea and I am a Registered Nurse with 10+ years experience working in Labour & Delivery and Public Health. I am also a certified Sleep Sense Consultant based in Central Alberta. As a mother of 2, I have benefitted firsthand from healthy sleep habits established in our home.  Like so many parents with busy schedules, our whole family was struggling with how to find the rest and balance that we needed.  Tired of being tired, I read everything I could get could my hands on related to healthy sleep in children.  With the multitude of benefits that sleep brought to our family, I knew that I wanted to share this knowledge with other parents who are also feeling exhausted. And so, Whole Night Sleep Consulting was born.

All parents want the best for their children. Sleep is often overlooked, but is vital to a child’s physical and mental success and well being. Sleep affects behaviour, memory, brain development and growth.  Shortly after starting my consulting business, I was approached by a Dance Magic parent who felt my services would be useful to the Dance Magic community. On my first visit to Dance Magic, I was blown away by how special your facility is and how important the work you are doing is to fostering creativity and growth in young minds.

I teach parents healthy sleep habits for their children so that the entire family can be well rested. I offer customized sleep plans for children 0 to 10 years of age, tailored to the needs of your family, along with 2 to 3 weeks of direct support. I get to know your family’s sleep habits, struggles and goals, and then work alongside you in reaching those goals.
