It’s photo time again at Dance Magic and I stopped by the studio over the weekend to see how it’s all coming together! We have a new photo team this year – Lifetouch – and they’re doing a fantastic job! Things are a little different this year so here’s a few tips for you before the next photo weekend:
– Studio A and B are both being used for pictures so that only leaves Studio C for getting ready. As this is a small space (with only 2 plug ins!) it’s much easier to arrive with everything ready, and not try to do your hair and makeup in the studio this year.
– Because Lifetouch is doing two sets of pictures at a time, things are running very quickly, (which is great!) so please arrive 30 min before your picture time with your hair and makeup done and your costume on – ready to go!
– At the end of your photo shoot you will get a card with instructions on how to go online and view your photos. The pictures from last weekend are already up and ready to be viewed – and they’re fantastic!

The next photo weekend starts Friday April 11 so grab your best lipstick, spray those curls, bring your biggest smile and we’ll see you then!
Watching Week starts on Monday, March 17 so don’t forget to stop by for the last 10 minutes of class and get a sneak peak at what your dancers have been working on!

There are lots of choices and I’m sure you can find something fun for all your dancers! There’s even an overnight weekend dance camp for ages 11-12 and 13+years! Ticket sales are starting next week: Take 1 on March 17 at 9am, Take 2 on March 18 at 9am, Take 3 on March 19 at 9am, and Take 4 on March 20 at 9am.
Don’t forget our pre-sale tickets are limited to 4 per family (so that everyone has a chance to see the show!) but on March 27 ticket sales open up to everyone and you can buy more if you need to!
